RETURNS


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customized products, gift cards and discounted Items are exempt from being returned.  

If you're not happy for any reason, you can return any of your purchased Serafinoluxury™ items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Only Serafinoluxury™ watches purchased on the website can be returned or exchanged here.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, contact us at info@serafinoluxury.com object line "RETURN":

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Order Number(4digit number starting with SL).
  • Product and box pictures.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

REFUNDS(if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@serafinoluxury.com

Pre Order and Special Tickets (if applicable)

Pre-order products purchased at a lower price from the future sale price and special tickets that give access to discounts and special promotion, cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES, INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENTS (if applicable)

Any purchase made at serafinoluxury.com will be protected by our 1 YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY.

In the rare event you encounter a problem, you can contact us at info@serafinoluxury.com for repair or replacement, no matter where you are in the world, any time within 365 days of your purchase.

NOTE THAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWINGS:

(A) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

(B) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

(C) to damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the Serafinoluxury Product’s specifications.

(D) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause.

(E) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other published guidelines.

(F) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Serafinoluxury or an Serafinoluxury authorized Service Provider.

(G) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 


We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Or item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to exchange it, send us an email at info@serafinoluxury.com.

A product can only be replaced with another product of equal or lesser amount. If you want to change to a product with a higher price, we ask you to return the initial order for a refund and place a separate order with the desired product.


Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
